Dr. Kyle Crandall

Dr. Kyle Crandall grew up in Wyoming before coming to St. George for his undergraduate studies. Here, he met his wife, and they now have four wonderful children. Following graduation from Utah Tech University (formerly Dixie State University), he received his DMD degree from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry (Go Cards!). From 2018-2022, he served in the US Army, providing oral health care for the men and women who serve our great country.

Dr. Crandall believes skill and compassion go hand in hand when providing exceptional patient care. As a dental professional, he stays up to date on the latest advancements in dentistry in order to provide the most current treatment options for his patients. As a doctor, he recognizes that his patients are unique individuals who have placed a great deal of trust in him and his team. That is just one reason why he values each and every patient relationship.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time outdoors, playing sports, and unwinding with a good video game. Alex is committed to ensuring patients feel comfortable, supported, and confident in their care.

Alex Dungan

Alex has almost half-a-decade of experience in dentistry and was immediately drawn to the profession while living in Washington State.

He is driven by a genuine desire to help others and takes pride in making a positive impact on patients’ lives.

Originally from a family of five, he is now engaged and a devoted father to two children, ages 12 and 8. Alex recently relocated to Utah with his fiancée and their two cats and has embraced this new chapter fully.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time outdoors, playing sports, and unwinding with a good video game. Alex is committed to ensuring patients feel comfortable, supported, and confident in their care.

Yesica Armenta

Yesica has almost a decade of dental assisting experience and is known for her ability to create a warm and positive environment for patients.

She is passionate about helping individuals feel confident in their smiles and values being part of a collaborative dental team.

Yesica is a proud mother of two energetic sons. She is bilingual in English and Spanish, which allows her to connect with and support a wider range of patients.

Alexis Ortiz

Alexis has been in the dental field since 2019, beginning his career in Mexico before practicing in Chicago and now Utah.

He studied Dentistry at Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana in Mexico City, which provided a strong clinical foundation. He is fully fluent in Spanish.

Alexis is passionate about educating patients on their oral health and enjoys contributing to beautiful smile transformations. His goal is always to create a welcoming, comfortable experience for every patient.

Caren Crandall

Caren brings over 16 years of experience in the dental field and has a true passion for helping others. Her caring nature makes her a perfect fit for dentistry.

Outside of work, she enjoys being in nature, watching sports, and spending quality time with family and friends. A proud mother of four and grandmother to thirteen, Caren is happiest when surrounded by her grandchildren.
